High Fever

My mother is a breast cancer patient and she is on kisqali. She has UTI and fever is at 102. I took her to an emergency, they treat her and send her back. At that time she doesn't have a temperature. But soon we come back to fever again rise to 102. I gave her panadol ..but is not coming down.

Dear Patient,

Is your mother currently on chemo or radiotherapy? And she seeing any oncologist?
Did the emergency department give her antibiotics after running urine tests?
Give her increased fluids with cranmax sachet twice a day for 5 days and panadol when fever spikes.
It would be best to get expert opinion especially of she is on any medication that can affect her liver or kidney functions
