Intestinal Metaplasia

Asked for Male, 50 years

I took a biopsy as I was having a severe and chronic stomach and digestive troubles. Test results showed 'Intestinal Metaplasia', and I read that this might cause stomach cancer in the future. How do I fight this and keep cancer away in the future?

Dear Patient,

You can quit smoking if you smoke, avoid processed and outside foods. Eat home-cooked meals that are low in spices, salt and oil. Have lots of water. Do not eat foods that have been microwaved.
Eat foods rich in antioxidants- vitamins A, C and E. Have glutathione supplements after discussing with a nutritionist.
