BP Issue

Asked for Female, 34 years

I have a question: my BP stays 60/90 and I do absolutely fine in this. No dizziness nothing. But whenever its 110/74 I feel dizzy, nauseous, weak. As far as I know, 120 is normal then why do I feel unfit when its above 90?

Dear Patient,

First of all even though you are physically better on this low BP, it's not good and you should seek complete treatment to rectify it.
Yes 120/80 is normal BP. However if you go for long periods of time abnormal BP then that becomes your normal level. Your body is used to functioning at that as it's baseline. However, with short term treatment for your dizziness and nausea on normal BP levels (120/80), you will soon recover completely.
