Breast Pain with discharge

I am facing breast pain since 1 week with a little heaviness & few tiny drops are also coming while squeezing just 1 or 2 tiny drops of water or clear discharge. Can anyone guide what exactly the problem is? Do I need to consult any Dr. if yes then where I can go in Karachi?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Can you tell me if you're married? Have you had a pregnancy/breastfeeding experience? How long ago was the last one? Have you been taking any hormonal treatment? What was it? Do you have any fever too?
Usually, this is experienced in postpartum women when there's an accumulation of milk in breasts but I doubt that's your case. I would recommend you to go to a female breast/general surgeon as this is their area of expertise.
