Breathing Problems

I'm having this issue for the past 2 days that I can't breathe properly, I can't yawn, I can't laugh. My stomach is bloated; it's so full. I can't even take a deep breath, only little. None of the food that I ate in past 2 days has digested. It's all stuck in my stomach, I'm feeling very full of gasses. I had 4 packs of hajmulas.I drank an ENO too. Nothing happened! No belches to release flatulence, I'm feeling pain on the upper left side while breathing. Please suggest
