Conceiving Concerns

This is the 4th year of my marriage and I still couldn’t conceive. I have visited numerous doctors. Recently I found out that I have a Polysistic Overy but I overcome it by regularly using medication and precautions. My husband got him checked too and so far the doctors are satisfied by my husband's reports. What should do now
