Conceiving Concerns

My sister has been married for 5 years and got pregnant twice. She got pregnant for the first time 2 months after her marriage but unfortunately she missed her 2.5 months fetus. The second time she got pregnant after 2 years of this miscarriage but this time too after delivery her 5 days old baby passed away. But after this she didn't conceive again. She is trying her best to conceive again and got many treatments. The doctors say that there isn’t an issue so what could be the problem?
