Concieving problem

I m trying to conceive. I was 20 days late of my periods as I'm pcos patient and was taking it normal two days ago I got whitish discharge and yesterday night I got severe lower abdomen pain with heavy bleeding and today pain was unbearable and I passed out a big blood clot. Is this early miscarriage or old blood now bleeding is normal and having no pain

Its likely this is a miscarriage and you should perform a pelvic ultrasound and see a gynecologist immediately. If you cant get an appointment in 24hrs its best to go to ER and request a gyne consult instead even if your symptoms seem resolved
Take plenty of fluids and bed rest, have fruits and vegetables. Take folate tablet once a day if you are trying to conceive, it helps babys brain development. And take Cac1000 for 4weeks.
