Constant Headache

Constant headache from a month on the left side. Panadol does not effect but disperine soothes the pain for some time. Sometimes its mild but sometimes very severe. I feel nausea sometimes. I feel constant desire to sleep, tired, weak, not willing to do any work, whole body pain. Please guide me what could be the reason

I'm so sorry to hear that. You seem to be having a migraine. Do you go empty stomach for long durations? Are you taking any hormonal treatment? Do you eat your breakfast late? Do you stay outdoors a lot? How much water do you take? Kindly identify your triggers and eliminate them from your life so as to feel better. Take more water, have food on time, take precautions when going out in sun, avoid caffeine or trigger foods. You can take two tablets of panadol instead of of one.
