Constant Tiredness

I am mother of 9months old baby girl, delivered through c-sec and on mother fed. I think I have sleep apnea because I feel tired the whole day. When I sleep I have strange awkward dreams throughout the sleep and I wake up so tired. Right after I wake up I feel my body can't stretch well neither could I close my fist tightly. I don't have bp issue. But yes my knees are not strong. If there's any good treatment can I have to get rid of this constant tiredness?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Are you taking your postnatal vitamins? Take lots of stated, atleast two glasses before each feed. Take strengthening foods. Take foods rich in calcium and vitamin D. Also take tablet Iberet folate and chewcal daily till you stop nursing atleast.
Hormones shift drastically after delivery causing changes in your physical health as well. Kindly discuss with a good GP if things don't improve.
