Constipation during Pregnancy

I am having constipation from two days only able to pass a little bit of stool after applying too much pressure. One more thing I am feeling a lot of pressure on urine bladder it has become very difficult to control urine for me. 36th week of pregnancy is just started.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. For constipation take 2tsp ispaghol husk daily twice a day mixed in lukewarm water, esp at night. Take foods like papeeta, overnight soaked figs and prefer roti over rice, you can even take oats regularly. These would help relieve constipation greatly.
We can recommend Kegels and others exercise to you, to strengthen your pelvic muscles which you can start practicing and using looking up techniques on youtube/google- these would help in delivery too.
