Continous Bleeding

I wanna knw what can be the possible reasons for continous bleeding throughout the month .I'm 39 years old I took BTL 3 years ago from last 6 months I had periods twice a month but from last month continous bleeding though not heavy

Could you please answer some questions so I can help you better.
Has this happened before? what is BTL? Are you married? Any miscarriages? Any vaginal discharge? Any lower abdominal pain/fever? Is the blood fresh or in clots? Can you describe its color and quantity in 24 hrs in tsp/ cupfuls? Is it constant or There are breaks of some days? Do you have any blood pressure or other illnesses? Are you taking any medications like aspirin?
Please do perform a CBC and pelvic ultrasound and get back to me with photos of your reports.
