Dizziness and chills in pregnancy

I am about 12 weeks pregnant. I have been experiencing extreme dizzy spells, rapid heart rate, and the chills. My face gets cold, and I will take slow breathe in and out to keep myself calm. I have a loss of appetite, and I struggle to drink water I need throughout the day. I wish I feel better, but this has been nonstop for the last four days. I have been laying down a lot because it keeps me from falling or freaking. But, nothing seems to be working. Please tell what to do

The body is in a very early phase of adapting to a new life inside you and sustaining you both. Your falls & rise in blood flow & heartbeat is causing most of your symptoms.
For your lack of appetite, you can take Tab Maxolon or Tab Motilium half an hour before breakfast & dinner for a week and see if it helps. If is very common to lose ur appetite in pregnancy and be unable to eat.
Try lying down when feeling dizzy, do things to feel joyful & stress less, consume fruits & juices so that even if you eat less your sugar level is maintained. We hope this helps, if not then plz see a gynecologist.
