Double Chin

I am a Dental professional .I am having double chin. I did exercise for double chin but I didn’t continue. And my double chin worsens, even I felt some unevenness loosened muscles near thyroid cartilage. My work is totally based on my neck posture. Any suggestions how can I reduce that double chin? It looks almost very bad.
