Fever Issue

Asked for Female, 30 years

Aoa dr. I'm suffering from fever since Sunday. Since Tuesday my fever is 102°C. On Sun and mon, it recovered itself but now its not decreasing even 1° at all. I'm taking medicine caricef and panadol 3times a day but no effect. Except that I am also feeling chilly, too much weakness and vomiting. I also performed Malaria and typhoid test. Typhoid IgM is positive. The body is full of ache. Can you suggest me something??

Dear Patient,

Typhudot is not advised anymore. Can you please do a blood culture when your fever is 101-102 or more. Alternately, every week of typhoid fever is treated and diagnosed differently. Kindly see a medical specialist at the earliest. If you have an enteric fever this must be treated aggressively.
