Fever with Ear Piercing

Dear Patient,

Remove ear piercings immediately. Clean with an alcohol swab and pyodine alternately. Apply mycitracin ointment to wound as many times as needed.
Since you have started cefspan complete course of 5-7days. Manage fever with bath, sponging, fewer layers of clothes, and syrup brufen/calpol/febrol whichever suits her. Be patient and give the medicines some days to work. Ice the wound if it hurts or is swollen.
Do not reintroduce earring in the wound once she recovers, let this heal and consider piercings some mths later from a more hygienic place.
