Flu Problem

I have flu for a long time. it gets better but it mostly starts when I woke up in the morning, and sometimes I feel so itchy around nose or eyes corner but I think its the reason that I'm weak and skinny and I feel tired and get headaches. I don't know what vitamins or medicines should I use to get healthy. btw I am from Lahore any help appreciated.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Keep your room dust free. Put a humidifier in your room to keep the air moist. Take tablet Surbex Z for females or tablet one a day daily for females for 1 month. Have lukewarm water mixed with a tsp of honey and a pinch of cinnamon powder when you wake up daily to boost your immunity. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables as they boost the immunity most. Kindly show a general physician if symptoms persist.
