Hairfall in Pregnancy

Hi, I am 12 week pregnant, still shedding my hairs as before. I studied on different sites that during pregnancy hairs usually stop falling. Is it something to worry about?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Hair fall is due to stress, hormonal changes in pregnancy and deficiency. You must eat dairy, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Take tab fefolvit daily in the morning and tab CAC1000 regularly at night throughout your pregnancy. Oil your hair regularly and shampoo on alternate days. Eat foods rich in biotin and zinc to promote hair growth.
