Headache Problem

Asked for Female, 39 years

I am having continuous headache problem and low BP. I did my blood test for CBC and ESR. The CBC was normal and ESR is 35mm/h. All other chemistry tests are normal. I used antibiotic Floxacin and got my ESR done again and it is still high. The CBC is still normal. What can be the reason? What other tests needs to be done?

Dear Patient,

High ESR indicates infection/inflammation.if you have a normal CBC and have done an antibiotic course, perhaps you should do a CRP test also and see a medical specialist. If nothing comes up its best to leave things. If the headache is bearable you should take 2 Panadol for it as needed and continue making healthier life choices and eating foods that boost natural immunity. We hope you feel better soon
