High Fever

Dear Patient,

Is it possible that you got dehydrated due to taking less fluids (with ORS/salts) and increased exposure to the sun?
We would recommend you to take 2 tablets panadol as needed for fever, stay indoors and in shade, take frequent cold baths and stay in a cool room (not with direct fan/ac air on you). Have lots of fluids (2L/24 hrs) with ORS, gatorade etc.
If you experience confusion, drowsiness, extreme headaches then go to the ER near you immediately
