Need Advice

My father's age is 64 & his large intestine was being operated by medical doctors/specialists but the suggested dose (tablets) 're high, indurative and powerful which is indispensable. On the other hand, it's put-out the reaction in the body as gripes and diarrhea.

I do not understand the background history so well and nor do I understand your query. Kindly re-write it a little clearer and perhaps share a photo of his prescription/doctors note/diagnosis.
Also if the issue is watery diarrhea then including ispaghol husk 1tsp twice a day in his diet is extremely good. Also banana, yogurt, and sagoodana can help.
