Increase lactation

Please need expert advise to increase lactation as its very difficult to feed twins.They remain hungry after mother feed and then feeder is given to them.Please guide is there any medicine which can enhance the mother feed.TIA

Dear Patient,

Sure. Take two tablets motilium three times a day before your meals.
Have four glasses of water before each feed (ofcourse this wont be easy so she can consume this in an hour - 1 glass/15mins). Have foods rich in calcium like “makhana', pinkeeri, corn, and other things like saunf, sufaid zeera, chicoo etc. Have milk amply yourself and your multivitamins (iron and calcium) till you are nursing.
