Jaw lock and Pain

My elder sister aged 40 mothers of 5 kids complains jaw lock specifically while going to sleep along with severe headache & neck muscle pain. She also having low HB. Please guide which doctor to examine. The general physician simply diagnosed with low HB & recommended pain killers.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear this. Yes, that's generally how doctors treat it but these are signs of stress/exhaustion. Having 5kids must be difficult especially with housework.
You could encourage her to consider IUD to stop her from having more kids, have tablet surbex Z once a day, she should take 10-20mins out a few days every week for herself to meditate or do things that help her relax like reading etc. A supportive environment from friends/family etc could be helpful.
