Pain in arm

I have this stretch pain in my left arm veins. Starting from ring finger and middle finger going all the way to shoulder via elbow. Also, my arm feels numb cold and weak. Please suggest what should I do and what is the cause of this pain.

I'm sorry to hear this. Seems like you have nerve compression. Take tablet ponstan forte twice a day for pain relief for 3-5dys. Apply voltral gel to affected parts. Do warm compresses two to three times a day. Avoid lifting heavy weights with the affected hand.
