Lazy and fatigue

22 years old male - Getting a fever every night since last week. - Taking proper diet, water intake and sleep. but still feels very lazy, sleepy and fatigue in the morning. - No medical history. no stress nothing. - Taking panadol and welgesic. What could be the possible reasons behind this? just need suggestion

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. If the fever is 100 and above then this means there's an infection. It could be anywhere in the body but you can either run several tests or identify a point where there's pain etc to rule out a problem. If there is none, there can be other causes of pain too that are not as common but are concerning. I recommend visiting a general practitioner.
