Low blood pressure

A.a its my 7th month start in pregnancy. My bp is very low as yesterday it was 80 /40. I'm taking pan amin g drips every week. I had typhoid in 3rd month. Kindly guide me what foods should I take to keep myself healthy with normal bp.

Dear Patient,

Kindly take a boiled egg and milk daily for breakfast. Have seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables salad with cottage or feta cheese. These can be consumed in addition to regular foods.
Eat iron rich foods like chicken liver, spinach, dates etc.
