Low Blood Pressure

Bp 128/68 is ok? From last few weeks, it seems that I'm having continuously low blood pressures Weight: 123kg Does it happen due to any stress or tensions? Or something alarming? Diabetic I already checked two months back as well as diabetes history. Cholesterol was high, uric acid was high at that time.
