Lump under Arm

I am feeling a lump in my underarm.I visited the doctor today and she informed me that it is due to some infection and advised me to undergo surgery for the removal of this. I am afraid of this idea Somebody inform me that homeopathic medicine can solve the issue without surgery. Please guide

Have you tried taking augmentin for it? If it is an infected hair follicle taking an antibiotic can help it heal without surgery. But if it's a larger mass then yes it may be needed to be operated.
