I’m nursing mom so till how many months should I take Iron tab. N I’m not taking calcium just drinking a glass of milk daily

Dear Patient,

You can take fefolvit capsule once a day in the morning. After a minimum four hours you should take calcium tablet/milk. You need to take these both for as long as you are nursing. And after you wean your child completely you can take any good multivitamin once daily
