I was pregnant with twins, which was terminated on 21st June due to high TLC around 17000 to 20,000 and amniotic fluid leakage as my uterus is bicornuate. I was 24 weeks pregnant. Now the doctor suggested me to take a tablet of folic acid 400mcg daily and a tablet of Fiori-F daily as I had a lot of blood loss and my HB was 8.7. Kindly, guide me the right time for these both medicines. Should they be taken with an empty stomach or after meal?

I hope you have better luck in the future and recover emotionally and physically. You can take both these tablets together on an empty stomach. If you experience any cramps, nausea or diarrhea then consume these tablets with a small quantity of food. Otherwise, max absorption of iron is on an empty stomach.
