I got my first menstruation after baby birth and its around after 3 days of 40 days but my discharge isn't getting a start as it was before pregnancy its just like spotting and few drops when I pass urine what should I do I'm taking hot milk with shuwary and desi ghee plus hot water takor but not too much difference

Dear Patient,

Im not sure what you are trying to say about the timing of your bleed- is this the bleed right after delivering and its day 3 of THAT bleed, so your first bleed after child? Or have your 40 days finished and this is the first time you are spotting after that- so like your second period after child?
Regardless if your bleeding isnt a lot its okay, just take your iron supplements daily and make sure you do not develop anemia. After a few cycles your bleeding will be normal. Have you considered any contraceptive method?
