MRI, means what?

Asked for Female, 28 years

Wondering what exactly this means in a version I could understand, what actions should be taken?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. It would be helpful if we know what symptoms you are having and what treatment are you on?

In simple terms, this MRI tells that L4 and L5 you are having a mild bulging or sticking out of the discs and hence there is a narrowing of different joint spaces at that level and some nerve compression. This is probably why you may be experiencing pain and discomfort as well.
