Pain near hips

Asked for Female, 33 years

One of my relative's female age 29 feels pain at where the spinal cord ends I mean near hips. Medical tests reports are ok. Vitamin D medicines used but all in vain. Some people say she is under spell some not what should she do we are much worried about her. She is married with two sons and one daughter.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Did she have a normal delivery or a c section? Often times after regular delivery the tailbone starts to hurt and this takes a while to settle down. At other times people have a long tailbone that may hurt during prolonged standing and sitting. There could be more reasons for this.
The best thing to do would be to atleast take an X-ray of Lumbo-sacral spine if not an MRI to find out the issue and then consult a doctor.
