I am a mother suffering from Thalessemia minor carrier. Doctor has advised me to take Fefol vitamin which is a multivitamin capsule but I noticed weight gain after taking the capsules. Can anyone here recommend me the best multivitamins for hair, skin and nails also that does not result in weight gain?

If you are expecting or are postpartum kindly continue with fefolvit as they are very good for women like you.
Consider walking daily for 30mins and avoid fatty foods. Take 12-16 glasses of water daily. In addition to these take tablet “One a day' which are good for hair skin nails and overall health. If you notice a weight gain still then consult a medical specialist near you.
