Nausea and Tiredness

Asked for Female, 29 years

A female friend aged 24 weight around 64kg height 5.6ft feels nausea and tiredness throughout the day and sometimes feels pain on the right side of her neck and in the back side of the neck too. She can't get properly checked because of some reasons, can anyone tell me if it's something to worry about?
