Finish your 5-day course of antibiotics. Although its always best to wait a week before starting them as most infections are viral. Take tablet softin daily at night for one week. Take brufen/calpol/2 Panadol tablets for fever n ache- three times a day. For nausea, you can take tablet gravinate before meals- three times a day. Avoid cold sour thinfs. Take warm drinks like yakhni, gargle daily 2-3 times n take steam with Vicks. You should feel better in a few days.
