Overdose of Antibiotics

Asked for Male, 31 years

What should a patient do if most of the medicine does not work on him? And is it safe to take 2 doses of antibiotics within 4 hours because the first dose did not do any good? And a last thing does fake pills of these medicine leaflox, fexet, arinac exist?

Dear Patient,

How can you be sure if antibiotic dose doesn't work, kindly explain? My understanding of antibiotics is that they kill germs, that doesn't mean that they will STOP diarrhea/flu. They will only kill the bacteria and let the body heal themselves after it. It does this through multiple doses, not 1. Antibiotics don't exactly work like sleep medicine that more pills equal stronger dose.
Yes, placebo drugs are unfortunately being made, its best to use drugs from reputable companies/imported ones.
