Overweight Problem

My 3 years old niece has become much overweight. She is 27kg now. She doesn't eat anything except half or sometimes a full egg in the morning and drinks milk. she doesn't eat roti, naan paratha or any food. She spends the whole day without eating anything just drinks a glass of milk per day and she has become obese. Why is it so? Is there any easy solution for her?
