Pain in Arms

My mother is facing severe pain in right arm..even dr suggested physiotherapy and she did her physio but still the same condition. Her vitamins levels can all are not enough because of age but she is constantly taking fish liver oil med milk and other vitamins..please do tell what she has to do..and what medicine should b given to her for relief...she is so weak please do help and suggest what to do.
