Pain in Chest

Hi. The day before yesterday I felt pain in my chest and I was having difficulty in breathing and after that, I felt I faint for some hours. I was in extreme depression whole night and my left hand is continuously in pain as well as having irritation in the throat. What could be the reason!? Do I need to consult to a cardiologist?
