Pain in hand and arm

I am feeling a bit difficulty in typing or using cell phone with right hand & irritation in whole arm with pain in right scapular region.I can use my cell phone with ease but not as freely as with left hand, I feel irritation at elbow & wrist joint while using my thumb History of constipation for 3 years...taking no medicine for this problem No tingling or numbness

Dear Patient,

Seems like you have a muscle spasm. You can take posntan forte twice a day for upto 1 week, apply voltral gel to the affected parts and avoid using phone with right hand. Do hot fomentation using a hot towel two-three times a day. Avoid excessive use of phone. If it hurts a lot even after a week of this you must see a specialist.
