Dear Patient,

Make sure that the shoes you are using while walking have good arch support and are meant for walking.the park you walk on should have levelled floor. These two things can relieve your pain. Test your vitamin D level, if low you need to replace them. Take surbex Z or One a Day tablet for women daily. Also take 1 tablet CAC-1000 daily.
