Pain in Left Rib Cage

Every time I am sitting down and taking a deep breath, the left side of my rib cage hurts. Even when I bend over to take a deep breath, it stills hurts and it only happens when I am sitting down, bending over or I am laying on the left side. What could this be? It also feels a little sore. Please tell me what to do

It feels like you have pulled a muscle. If not pregnant or nursing then take the following treatments otherwise ask a gynecologist about what to take that's not harmful to the fetus.
Tab ponstan forte 1+0+1
Apply fastum gel thrice a day to affected area
Do warm compresses for 10-15mins. Things should improve in few days. If not, see a general physician.
