Pain in Legs

Asked for Female, 30 years

I'm 4 weeks pregnant.. Little legs pain and so much hip pain.. Already doc put ivf Injections.. But pain is still there.. It it normal.. I m tense. After 15 days go for ultrasound.. What precautions should I do

Dear Patient,

Congratulations on your pregnancy. You just need to increase your milk and fresh vegetables, fruits and water intake. Be as physically active (avoiding stress and weights) as an avg person. You can take calcium tablets which your gynecologist suggests along with one tablet of folic acid daily. I'm afraid the pains of pregnancy normally last the whole of 9 mths and you need to just take it a day at a time, unfortunately. Good luck!
