Pain in Lower Abdomen

I am 3 months pregnant. I have been suffering with severe pain at lower right side of abdomen. Its intensity keeps variating from mild to severe and vice versa but doesn’t ends which concerns me a lot. What should I do? Is it something abnormal?

I'm sorry to hear this. Do you have any fever or chills? Any burning or pain in urine? Kindly get a urine DR and an ultrasound KUB, abdomen and pelvis. Then please review with a medical specialist and gynecologist. It could be a kidney stone, cyst or some infection and can easily be treated so that you feel better.
