Periods Irregular

This is called lactational amenorrhea. When women nurse periods can be irregular. Kindly take your calcium and fefolvit supplements while nursing.
If you experience any weakness, pain in abdomen, fever or unusual discharge (white is normal) you can do a pelvic ultrasound to rule out any cysts etc. If none of these symptoms exist you need to practice safe sex (contraception) as you are fertile and your periods will become regular once your child is weaned.
