Periods Problem

I m 34 years old my weight is 70 KG height is 5.2. I m irritable anxious tired least interested in daily activities mood swings.. Cycle is 28 days but almost no bleeding backache since 1 year kindly recommend tests to b done or medications

There seems to be hormonal imbalance in your body as well as some depressive symptoms.
