Pregnancy Advice

Asked for Female, 29 years

I am 6.6 days pregnant. Last week scan was 6.2 days. It means in 7 days baby has grown 4 days. Is my pregnancy growth has slow down now? Still, no FCA has shown in ultrasound. Should I wait for FCA or its missed abortion?
