The first step is to continue her iron, folate and calcium supplements till after the second delivery. If she is nursing then to stop as soon as possible if she feels weak and finds it hard to manage. The child can easily be shifted to formula milk or fresh milk at age 1 year.
Eating eggs, milk, red meat, daal, and fresh fruits and vegetables and snacking on good dry fruits can boost her energies.
After delivery consider a good contraception method immediately.
