Respiratory Infection

It started with phlegm and then vomiting yellowish fluid. My Gp said I have a respiratory infection after seeing X-rays of my chest. I have been taking his medicines but my health is not improving and they are starting to affect my stomach. I want to which specialist to seek? Please suggest something to ease the pain also.
